Before the pause, there was just me—
a girl from Miami,
feeling everything,
and dreaming even more.
I didn’t fit into neat categories. Curiosity pulled me in many directions: art, meaning, and movement.
Eventually, I found architecture, a place to integrate these interests.
Design isn’t just about space; it’s awareness.
It’s how we breathe, live, and move through the world.
A meeting point of disciplines, emotions, and environments.

Studying for my architecture license required a pause. A choice to make space for new, for breath, for transformation, and (most importantly) integration.
In stillness, I discovered rhythm, breath, and invisible structures. Pausa Studios was born.
A place where creativity isn’t rushed, and your story, spirit,
and space are honored in process, not just product.
Presence is the point.
Wholeness is welcome.
